Most of our products are shipped from Bangkok, Thailand usually by registered and insured air mail. Other methods are available and can be arranged by special request. UPS, TNT and FedEx are close at hand and are especially well suited to large and wholesale orders . Registered Air Mail is the most economical and is very safe. We always put the highest priority on safe packing and safe transit. In over 1100 orders we have never had a package get lost and usually our items arrive promptly and without any damage. Our policy is to insure and register every item sent for peace of mind. Our shipping prices quoted in the checkout always include this in the price. Each item in our catalog has a weight figure attached, and upon checkout these weights are added up to provide a total shipping weight. This is used to closely estimate the cost using your choice of one of the following shipping methods:

EMS (3-4 days: fast but expensive)
Air Mail (7-14 days: good for shirts and light items)
Economy Air Mail (14-28 days: good for heavier items)
Surface Mail (6-8 weeks: good for very heavy items)
UPS (4 days: fast but expensive, good value for 25 kg e.g. Triangle Pillow)
Note: Please understand that shipping time can vary quite widely. Sometimes customers report back gleefully that an item has arrived in only 3 days, while others are asking us about their items for weeks. We do our best to get items out promptly and let the carrier take over from there. Speed always costs more!
How do you complete satisfaction Guarantee?
We guarantee every item we sell to be as described or your money refunded upon return of product in unused and saleable condition. We do not cover shipping charges to or from customers locations. If you are not happy with an item the first thing to do is contact us by email for help. Do not send the item back before contacting us. We can not accept collect deliveries under any circumstances. Upon our approval you can go ahead and ship the item and upon arrival and inspection we will gladly refund you.
If shipment are Lost?
In the event that a package should not arrive our first step is to begin a trace through the post office. We require the post office to authenticate any loss in order to protect our selves from fraudulent claims. Once an item has been confirmed lost we will be happy to re-ship the item or refund the purchase price of the items our customer requests. We do not refund shipping charges unless we have also been compensated for such. To date we have never had to go through all this because the postal system has been very good.
